Facilitate
As a facilitator and trainer Frank guides groups of professionals in self-awareness and self-reflectiveness sessions. He conducts a variety of modules in leadership programs, focused on personal leadership and development.
His heart for theater and directing combined with his strategic background gives Frank a sharp and playful, yet serious and professional look on business issues.
Coaching
Frank is a coach with a direct style, integrity and the right amount of humor. In a pragmatic ‘from A to B’ workflow, Frank helps clients tackle issues in 5-6 sessions. Frank has a heart for starters and young talents, yet is not limited by tenure or experience of coachees. Feel free to reach out and see if there is a connection!
Interim
Project management, interim work and consulting lie at the basis of Frank’s career. He is available for a longer period of time to help clients as trusted advisor and pragmatic project manager. His experience with a great variety of departments within client organisations make him versatile and goal-oriented, but always with putting people on first place.
